Finished Doll Houses
At the moment there are no finished doll houses currently available for sale, though the Purple Blossom home listed below is almost finished. I tend to work on them all year and sell them in December as Christmas presents. In the meantime, contact us for more information on how you can own a home of your own!

Unfinished Doll Houses
I am also willing to custom-design doll houses to a future owner's specifications. At last count, I have 8 unfinished doll houses to work with, including colonials, Victorians and a variety of beautiful uncategorized houses. They come in large and small sizes, but all are wooden and on the 1"=1' scale. I can create your dream house out of one of the ones I have available, or I can look for one specifically tailored to your tastes. I also refinish existing doll houses for others.
All the houses below are wooden, and on the 1"=1' scale. Furniture and accessories are also available.
Two houses are not yet displayed, but are plain unpainted fresh templates, one large and one medium, ready to be your dream home.
Shipping & Handling or Local Pick-up Options
It's the size of the house that'll getcha with regular shipping - the houses shown below all average $150-200 in actual UPS shipping, which includes careful handling, packing and materials by the UPS Store, as well as full insurance. Greyhound shipping is much more affordable (about $85 total), but Greyhound can't confirm delivery times (3-15 days is what we've found in the past). If you select a house below to purchase, you'll find the shipping fee automatically added to your total. If you would like to utilize Greyhound instead, or just talk to us about your other options, please contact us ahead of time so we can make sure you are only charged the actual shipping amount.
Local pickup or delivery is also an option. Sometimes it is more affordable to drive, or for us to drive the house to you, than it is to ship the house. We are located near Fort Myers, Florida, and happy to drive anywhere within a 7 hour radius (including Miami, Tampa and Talahasse) to delivery the doll house, at the current year's IRS mileage reimbursement rate for roundtrip travel. Decorating services, materials, furnishing and dolls are all additional to those listed below and depend on your exact specifications and preferences. Please get in touch and we'll be happy to help you figure out what it would cost to have this house designed your way. Furnishings and dolls are sold by the piece, and the price will vary depending on what you would like. Decorating services are charged by the hour, with a discount for more hours purchased. Please keep in mind that the Paypal total does not include decorating, furnishings or dolls.

Big Blue MamaWith a packet of supplies we have on hand, this doll house will be be fixed up in no time. White interior walls means we have a fresh slate to decorate this house with your chosen wallpaper or stylistic touches. This house is also wired for electricity on the outside, though the wiring isn't yet attached to an adapter.
